SHIPPING AND RETURNS

SURFBOARD BLANK SHIPPING
If you are located outside of our delivery route, we can easily ship to your location. We can pack up to a maximum of 4 surfboard blanks or CNC cuts of any combination into a single box. If you would like to request a shipping quote please email your order and shipping address to order@markofoam.com. We recommend using a commercial address to save you money on residential upcharges. We will make sure you reply to your inquiries in a timely matter.

 

SUP BLANK SHIPPING

If you are located outside of our delivery route, we can easily ship to your location. We can pack up to a maximum 3 surf SUP blanks/cuts or two race SUP or prone paddle blanks/cuts into a single box. If you would like to request a shipping quote please email your order and shipping address to order@markofoam.com. We recommend using a commercial address to save you money on residential upcharges. We will make sure you reply to your inquiries in a timely matter.

BULK ORDERING (21+ BLANKS UP TO 8’ LONG)

If you are looking to order more than 21+ blanks, we can also palletize up to 50 blanks up to 8’ in length. This will decrease your shipping costs per blank. This option does not apply for CNC cuts at this time. To receive a shipping quote, please contact us at order@markofoam.com with your order and shipping address. We recommend using a commercial address to save on residential fees.

BOXING FEES

Surfboard Blanks/Cuts- $25.00 includes box and handling fee (up to 4 blanks/cuts) any additional boxes that are needed will be an additional $25.00 per box.

SUP Blanks/Cuts-$50.00 includes box and handling fee (up to 3 blanks/cuts) any additional boxes that are needed will be an additional $50.00 per box.

BULK ORDER- $50.00 covers the pallet and labor to load a single pallet (up to 50 blanks) any additional pallets or blanks over 8’ in length will have additional charges added.

 

UPON ARRIVAL OF SHIPMENT…

Someone MUST be present to accept your order. If you give permission to the shipping company to deliver without someone to inspect and receieve, the insurance on the shipment is voided. Please DO NOT decline the shipment and/or send the shipment back as it complicates the claim and voids the insurance. Please inspect the box and its contents thoroughly at the time of delivery. If you find that your order was damaged in transit please have the driver note it on the bill of lading and take pictures of the damaged shipment and goods.

CONTACT US as soon as you can with and send detailed claim including pictures to info@markofoam.com. Once received, we will initiate claim immediately. Upon receipt of your claim we will ship out the replacement(s) with no additional shipping charges to the customer. Please hold on to the packaging and damaged goods for two weeks in case the shipping company needs to do further inspection. Everything ordered from Marko Foam is insured for the full amount.
